Book Review: Operation Mincemeat by Ben MacIntyre
I listened to the audio book version, I've linked the GoodReads page for the book, and here is what I have to say.

DEEE-LIGHTFUL! It was intriguing, witty and fun! And the narration was spot on!
Here is an excerpt from the publisher description:
Filled with spies, double agents, rogues, heroes & a corpse, the story of Operation Mincemeat reads like an international thriller. Unveiling never-before-released material, Macintyre goes into the minds of intelligence officers, their moles & spies, & the German Abwehr agents who suffered the “twin frailties of wishfulness & yesmanship.” He weaves together the eccentric personalities of Cholmondeley & Montagu & their improbable feats into an adventure that saved thousands & paved the way for the conquest of Sicily.
And as fellow reader Carlos on Audible.com wrote, "An amazing story, artfully written and told with the distinctive rhythms of British English by a narrator wearing an ascot and nursing a brandy."
I highly recommend it. Listen to it today!
